A happy day

Feeling a bit tired now because just finish my progress report for my thesis which is due next friday. Taking this opportunity to rest updating my blog. Next week will be quite hectic for me because have to prepare for 2 killer mid-semester test the following week which is moreover 1 day after another. The only thing I am looking forward to now is Saturday as there is an event in Brisbane called the Riverfest. This event is something I don't want to miss because there is going to be a large scale firework display around the city area and is an annual affair. Feeling very happy today because I have finally received an email from my course coordinator for Advanced Digital Communications telling me that my grade has been upgraded to 5. This will mean that my new GPA stands at 5.375, 0.025 short of 2nd upper honours from a previous of 5.25. Now I have to work real hard this semester so that I can push my GPA into the upper region.
