My Housemate's Birthday

Today was a "big" day for one of my housemates, Chris. It was his 25th birthday. So any birthday celebration for him if you ask me? Well, we had but not to the extent of elaborated celebration we used to see. Our intial plans for him was to eat out somewhere in Brisbane but we ended up cooking at home due to the weather forecast expecting another hailstorm which did not happen after all. So 2 of my housemates, Anna and JK went to get groceries in our friend, Beano's Toyota Soarer(PS: 2 big noisy exhuast pipe car). By 8pm, friends who were invited arrived and by 10, everyone was very satisfying-full.With the "birthday cake-cutting ceremony" over, we then sat down together with a bottle of beer in our hands and started chit-chatting our way through the nice and cooling night. It was a really simple but yet enjoyable night for us, especially after another week of studies.
